Chic loft-style condo in best location in Over-the-Rhine, surrounded by $1 million homes and Washington Park (my favorite place in the city!)
#1 Location in the city!
~2 min walk to Public Transport
~3 min walk to TQL Stadium!
~5 min walk to Findlay Market, Music Hall, and the best bars/restaurants/breweries in the city!
~Red Bike Pass
~Apple TV on 4K gives you access to my Netflix/Hulu/HBO accounts and movies for purchase
~Free Parking on Premises
The space
~Historical architecture but modern design - with marble countertops, clean/colorful contemporary furniture, and exposed brick/ductwork.
~Remote control blackout shades, so you can sleep like a baby on a foam mattress
~Free Parking on Premises (many other Airbnbs in downtown advertise Free Parking, but many times their parking spot is in a garage a far walk away. Worth clarifying beforehand!)

Note I keep my personal belongings here in the closet/freezer etc, but there is dedicated closet/drawer space available for guests.

OTR URBAN GET AWAY!
