Bear Den has a great location! The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. It was also very clean. The beds are comfortable.

The house was absolutely perfect! Clean, updated, had everything we needed. The location could not have been better. The neighborhood was quiet and slow and our young kids could ride bikes and scooters around without a worry. We will definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed in 4 other bungalows and this one was by far the cleanest. We would have appreciated things like, Saran, foil, baggies, more paper towels and a working dishwasher. It would have been nice to have a small notebook with easy notes on using the heater etc instead of having to look things up online. The remote may need a new battery as it wasn’t very responsive. These are little things but make your stay more enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable. We will stay here again and come prepared with the above mentioned supplies. The host was very nice!

Great host, made it very easy for us. The house was perfect for our family weekend, with separate rooms for each kid, and a Master upstairs. Lots of room on the main floor for spending time playing games, cooking, etc.

This is a great home/cabin in great little community. The home/cabin has plenty of space, was clean, and modern. It was very quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood which was a huge relief for us. Everyone we encountered in the neighborhood was friendly and polite. The host was really good. They would communicate back with us in a timely manner and gave clear instructions that were easy to follow for check in and check out. We really want to come back next year and make this an annual trip.

This is the perfect place to have a family come together and enjoy a peaceful & beautiful home. The homeowner has done a beautiful job preparing the home with everything a family could need. The walk to the water is just 30 seconds away. Host was wonderful and very kind. We plenty of space for five adults and a child. My favorite part of the house was sitting on the big porch and being able to enjoy meals together.

Very nice quiet location.

This was a very nice and quiet place to stay. Very clean and well kept. Very close to walking trails along the river. Within walking distance of DISH at Dover Bay restaurant on Lake Ponderay which was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Value with Excellent Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the "Bear's Den." We were pleasantly surprised at the location being so close to the lake. We all enjoyed walking or jogging each morning on the extensive surrounding trails. The area was perfect to be able to visit family in Priest River and Kootenai.

Wedding Weekend

My stay was absolutely amazing! The house was perfect for my wedding day get ready house and for the rest of Labor Day weekend. I couldn't have picked a better house, and I highly recommend this location.

Unit was very comfortable. good layout with space for family. Could be better equipped with kitchen supplies...spices, cooking, foil, etc. Thanks for allowing us to stay.
