Our pre war beautifully renovated 2 bedroom apartment unit First Floor is located right in the center of attraction. Near convenient public transportation, trains and buses, hospitals, police stations, restaurants, museums, botanical gardens, parks, theaters, convenient stores, pharmacies, dry cleaners, gas stations, airports, laundromats, churches, and last but not least post offices. All minutes away.

2 Queen Size Beds available for relaxation and comfort.
2Tv with cable available for entertainment in bedroom and living room space for luggage throughout the apartment Unit

Great home!

I really did like the house, it's beautiful. I love the fruits and water that was there for me when I arrived. The house is very clean and the owner was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to someone and will be back for sure.

We like of the house, good space for kids, beds comfortable and many things on the house when we arrive (foods, games, products on the bath, etc). We don't like some points that we already informed the owner, I will list here some points and suggestions: - Resources limited: You have a wash machine on the house, but you can't use because is expensive for the owner, also the owner asking all time to avoid keep turn on some lights on the house, same thing about the shower, for example, should be very fast, etc, in summary, you paid but you need be limited with the resources because is expensive for the owner. I recommend create manual in house about light, not use machine, shower time limited because after some time your don't have more hot water, trash rule, etc - Internet not was good: I was for 6 days using all my phone internet data because I had a lot of problems with the internet, after 6 days we discovery that internet works just in one bedroom only. I recommend install a modem on the house and connect with cable to avoid signal problem, really the signal was bad. - Privacy: I think the visitors should be more independent, so I suggest manual with all rules, how works the trash separator because all time we need open the door to know more and more recommendations, key with code to be independent of visitor when arrive, etc. I think this not was good for our privacy. I hope our suggestions help you for the next visitors.
