About this property

This is 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom house. Master bedroom suit is locket. One bedroom with a King size bed, and the other with a Queen bed. Also there is den with sofa bed. These bedrooms are sharing a bathroom which has a tub/shower , toilet an 2 sink. The kitchen, living room and dining area are open concept. The living room has a large screen 65" TV (Netflix), couch, and love-sit, with direct access to the lanai. The dining area has seating for six. The well-equipped kitchen has a counter with three bar stools. Breakfast area has a table and four chairs. Off the dining area is a laundry room. The lanai area are an extension of the house and have a coffee table with couch, love seat, chairs and small side table. Beach chairs, beach umbrella are available for guests use.

3 minutes from the beach

The house was clean, and spacious! The neighbohood was safe, close to grocery stores and very close to the beach. I will want to stay in this rental the next time Im traveling to Englewood.

Englewood winter trip

This property is very pretty and functional, and equipped with all you need. When we arrived it was spotlessly clean. Plenty of room. We were very close to all the beaches in the area….there are about four that we frequented. The owner is very accommodating and always quick to respond to questions. We highly recommend! Thank you!

Spring training vacation

Home was very clean and spacious and had all the accommodations you would want. Owner was very responsive. This home is just a few blocks from shopping and dining, and is also quite convenient (10 minutes or so) to the Cool Today Park where the Atlanta Braves hold spring training. The Rays park is just a few minutes further the other direction. We would gladly rent it again next year.
