About this property

GORGEOUS HOME 5 MIN FROM THE BEACH

This is a beautiful, tastefully decorated 2 bedroom house 2 washroom entire house. The kitchen, living room and dining area are open concept. The living room has a large screen 65" TV, couch, and love seat. Sliding door let you walk out to the big and nicely furnished for your comfort screened Lanai with a coffee table, couch, love seat, chairs, and ottomans. The Dining area has a dining table for six. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel yourself like home. Master bedroom has a king size bed, huge W/I closet. Big bathroom with 2 sing, big shower cabin, jacuzzi and separate room toilet.
On the other side of the house another bedrooms with a Queen size bed, walk-in closet. Near the bedroom is a full bathroom with a tub/shower and a single sink. A laundry room with washer, dryer and laundry deep sink.
6 Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available for guests and store in laundry room.
The guests only don't have an access to the other 2 bedroom, that will be closed. This is our vacation house and we keep there our belongings.
For security reason, we have 2 CCTV (security video camera) outside,(one is above the garage door at the front of the house and the second one is beside the corner of the garage for safety issue).

Convenient location, beautiful, large home

This spacious home is conveniently located to Englewood’s best attractions. Beach chairs, umbrella, and bags allowed us to enjoy the nearby beaches. Located close to grocery stores and the large kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals during our stay. We look forward to a future stay at this well-maintained property.

3 minutes from the beach

The house was clean, and spacious! The neighbohood was safe, close to grocery stores and very close to the beach. I will want to stay in this rental the next time Im traveling to Englewood.

Englewood winter trip

This property is very pretty and functional, and equipped with all you need. When we arrived it was spotlessly clean. Plenty of room. We were very close to all the beaches in the area….there are about four that we frequented. The owner is very accommodating and always quick to respond to questions. We highly recommend! Thank you!

I am very disappointed. Main bedroom and master had little tiny ants on flower toilet are and end table in bedroom Ect. Tried to find out the password for the wifi, but she never responded. I need to get my boarding passes for my flight, but still no response from the property manager.

I’m very sorry to read this review, but I would like to clarify some facts: All check-in information, including address, codes, Wi-Fi network and password, was sent to you 2 days before arrival. After your arrival you never contact me. There were no messages from you, no phone calls asking for help with WiFi or with other issues during your stay. There are no flowers in the bathroom, and no signs of ants were found by my professional cleaner after you left. I take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming property, and I always encourage guests to reach out if something is not right. I regret that you didn't give me the chance to help you during your stay.

Perfect Home

This home is lovely and very clean. It worked perfectly for my husband and I and our two guests. The master bedroom is large and roomy with a large bathroom and huge walk in closet. The additional bedrooms and bath are on the opposite end of the home allowing each couple privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a lovely lanai off off the dining area. It also has a large formal dining room. It has a newer washer and dryer in a laundry room. The home is in an older established neighborhood. It is a very quiet neighborhood and perfect for walking but has quick access to the major highway.. We loved the area.. The home is very close to stores, beaches and restaurants in the surrounding area. There is a wonderful farmers market on Thursday mornings nearby. The host is wonderful to work with and; if the opportunity arises, we will definitely book this home again.

Spring training vacation

Home was very clean and spacious and had all the accommodations you would want. Owner was very responsive. This home is just a few blocks from shopping and dining, and is also quite convenient (10 minutes or so) to the Cool Today Park where the Atlanta Braves hold spring training. The Rays park is just a few minutes further the other direction. We would gladly rent it again next year.

Nice house in great location

The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed, spacious. Only problem we had was with how many bedrooms were available. The original listing said 4 but when we checked in only 3 were available. We talked to the owner about it and she compensated us for the loss of one bedroom. We still enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location, easy to find and easy to get around town.

Clean, Roomy and Quiet Neighborhood

If you enjoy a nice healthy walk or short drive to the beach, this property provided a clean and roomy space to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. I would book this property again in a heartbeat. I preferred being away from the busiest of beachfront life, which was a plus for me. This house is nestled in a quiet safe neighbor. Great for evening walks. A nice lania for quiet morning coffee or reading. Very happy with our choice and would highly recommend.

Wonderful home

This home was incredibly clean and spacious. It was a perfect rental for my husband and I and another couple. We were able to host my in laws and their neighbors for meals. Close to where we wanted to be and the area is easy to navigate. Disappointed that there was not a grill or a blender.

First time staying in the Englewood area

Englewood is an older part of Florida. Homes, shopping, restaurants, are more mature with older clientele. It's a good location for proximity to several beaches- Englewood & Manisota beaches. Loved Englewood beach. The same is like jewelry, shimmering on the sunlight. Our favorite location is Venice and Englewood is reasonably close. We had a really nice time.
