Brand-new single-story 4BR/3BA home with 2 king & 2 Queen beds, fully furnished and thoughtfully designed for mid-term stays. Perfect for traveling professionals, healthcare staff, relocating families, or insurance clients. Enjoy spacious, open-concept living, modern finishes, a fully equipped kitchen, abundant natural light, a private, fenced backyard, and an EV charger. Located near freeways, hospitals, restaurants, shopping, and a nearby community park, offering comfort, convenience, and a peaceful neighborhood feel. We do have some house rules.
1. one-time cleaning fee of $500
2. For stays longer than 30+ days, we have started providing mandatory light cleaning service at the property. We require you to use this service at least once a month which will cost you an additional $160 per cleaning. We will coordinate with you to schedule our housekeeping staff to come and do the basic cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping this property clean.
3. Guests staying over 30+ days will be required to sign a lease agreement with a refundable deposit of $ 2500
4. There is a cap on Electricity and gas usage. If usage is more than $ 200, you will be charged for the difference.
5. Pet fee (non-refundable): $ 100/pet/month
