Amazing Beachfront & River Views! 2BD/2BA @ Peck 20SW

Direct beach access by secure stairway! Make yourself at home in this charming 2-bedroom 2-bath, 1,275sqft split floorplan. Enjoy an amazing oceanfront view from the main bedroom & private balcony and intercoastal river views from every room. This 20th floor condo features 1 king-size bed and 2 full-size beds. The 2 full bathrooms come equipped with bathtub/shower combo, linen and hair dryer. Enjoy all that Daytona Beach Shores has to offer.

The upper garage will be painted starting January 2026. The lower garage has free parking until further notice. The north lot is also open.

Communal pool, hot tub, gym, club level rooms, building deck and direct beach access stairs are open. Beach access also available by footpath on south side of property.

Peck Plaza, built in 1974, retains much of its historic charm with the 29th floor restaurant and unique, low-clearance parking garage.

A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.

Guest have a central point of contact with Daytona Ocean Front Rentals and will also meet a host at check-in for a building tour prior to key transfer.

Check-in is from 4:00PM to 8:00PM EST. Late check-in from 8:00PM-12:00AM EST will incur a $100 service fee payable in cash onsite to the host prior to key transfer.

No check-in is allowed from 12:00AM-10:00AM EST.

Includes two parking spaces, one in the parking garage (6' max. ceiling) and the other in the adjacent, uncovered north parking lot.

Trailers are not allowed onsite. Please text after booking, but prior to arrival to inquire about rented offsite trailer parking.

No smoking allowed anywhere in the unit, including the balcony. If the unit is required to be deodorized due to smoking, there will be an additional $300 deep cleaning fee charged plus you could be liable for any lost rents from subsequent guests.

No pets of any kind allowed.

Building rules require guests to wear cover ups, shirts, & shoes in all common areas. No student groups & minimum age of primary guest is 2

I must say the views for this unit are amazing. The unit was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The communication with our host was excellent. The amenities are great. Our group will definitely be back. Thanks for a great week!!

Check-in timeframe was 4pm-8:15pm. If you are unable to check in within this timeframe you'll receive a significant late fee. Because I flew in from CA and it is a 1Hr 20Min drive from Orlando Airport, it's a difficult timeframe to meet. I received the Late Fee. I received 5 forms along within a confirmation email. 1 form was the confirmation with the Late Fee described. 1 form was a (5) Pages describing the Condo Rules and Regs. 2 forms were "Reservation Supplements" which were additions to the Rules and Reg. 1 form was the Guest Registration that needed to be signed, acknowledging the Rules and Regs. The place was clean but did have hairs on shower walls and bed that were not mine but overall clean. Many areas of the place are outdated. See photos attached of vanities, sinks and shower. Shower, sink and toilet in master BR were slow to drain. See photo.
