We stayed at this property before a game at Lucas Oil Field. It has a great layout with two bedrooms on the top floor and one bedroom in the basement, which is finished. The ground floor is a kitchen and sitting area that is well-stocked. It is very modern and newly built/renovated with great bathrooms. We truly enjoyed our stay, and Jair was very easy to contact. The proximity to the stadium is key. The only downside is that the neighborhood although we felt safe and comfortable!

Beautiful home is beautiful inside the cleaner needs to clean better when someone spending that kind of money I shouldnt have had to sweep and mop and clean counters that’s just a few things

Fabulous Stay & Outstanding Host!We spent 8 days at this absolutely fabulous home and couldn't have been happier. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean, and perfectly set up with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, all stocked with plenty of clean towels. One of the best parts of our stay was the fantastic location—we were able to easily walk right into Fountain Square, which has a ton of amazing restaurants to choose from.Beyond the wonderful house, our host went completely above and beyond. When we ran into a booking issue, he was incredibly kind and spent hours on the phone with VRBO to sort out the cancellation and rebooking for us. We are so grateful for his amazing hospitality and highly recommend this property!

Our family of 6 stayed here for the Indy 500 weekend. Liked that the bedrooms are spread out and everyone had their own bathroom. Lots of living space and super clean. Walked to Upland Brewery for dinner. Great little neighborhood. Nice to have back alley access and places for a couple of cars not on the street. Would definitely stay here again.
