About this property

The condo has a large bedroom with king size bed and new mattress. There is also a new, queen size sofa bed in the living room. The two bathrooms are spacious and have been updated. There are showers only. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The unit is tiled throughout. There are a variety of beach items in the outside lanai closet for your use including chairs and boogey boards.
The unit is located in building four on the ground floor.

Quiet space with everything u could possibly need.

It was a building away from the pool etc but it was nice and quiet the property was nicely furnished and had so much we really only needed to bring our food. We would stay her again.

Just as advertised!

Our stay was seamless! Everything was exactly as advertised. Lots of beach supplies and the kitchen had a good set of pots and pans and lots of dishes. The A/C is very noisy but we only used it a couple of times because there was always a very nice breeze going thru the suite. The grounds at Kamaole Sands are exceptionally beautiful!

Comfy and well stocked

Even located in the back of the property this unit is close enough to the amazing Kamaole beach III and even closer to the pool… well stocked and comfy accommodations for my son, daughter in law and the grandbabies.

We purchased our condominium in May 2013. Since that time we have renovated the bathrooms and added many new items to the unit. Our family is from British Columbia, Canada and we love going to Maui for our holidays.

Why they chose this property

We have visited many of the Hawaiian Islands over the past 30 years and chose Maui as the place where we would like to spend our vacation time. It is family-friendly, relaxing and can be busy or not. With so many great attractions on the island, it is a perfect place to visit!
