5/5 Stars - Absolutely perfect!We spent Memorial Day weekend here and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Pristine house, fantastic location right by the water, and an enormous pool that my family enjoyed, as well as all their amenities including the golf cart and playground for the kids! We had excellent communication with the host. A perfect 10/10 stay—we will definitely be back!

We had a 5 star stay out at Bolivar Peninsula! The house was fully stocked with everything one could need, or 24. We brought older grandparents and have to say this place was a gem when it comes to handicap accessibility. Easy access to the beach too and super clean. We loved playing volleyball and basketball with the kids in the pool each night. Would highly recommend to someone wanting a beach family trip due to our positive experience !

This beach house was extremely impressive. The location next to the beach was great for my family, including many grandkids. They also appreciated the variety of video game consoles. The putt putt game was also enjoyed. The adults were impressed with the several food cookers and coffee makers that were in the pantry. Communication with the host Tyler were always speedy. We will definitely return!

My family and I rented this beautiful beach house for the Easter weekend. This place was perfect. The house is equipped with just about everything you could think of. Not too mention, Tyler was an amazing host. He was super nice and responded quickly when I would message him. I would most definitely rent from Tyler again.

This house was AMAZING and had everything we needed and then some! All of the amenities were top notch...heated pool, hot tub, outside tv to watch Miami beat Ohio, the fire pit...it was all excellent! The kitchen was stocked with everything from pizza cutters and wine openers to blenders and crockpots. Tyler was great to work with and super helpful and responsive. I would 100% recommend and we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay! The heated pool was perfect and made the whole experience even more relaxing. The beach view is absolutely stunning! You can see and hear the ocean right from the property. Access to the beach was incredibly easy, which made morning and evening walks so enjoyable. The kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and gather together. The entertainment setup was also great, giving us plenty to do when we stayed in. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with great amenities!Tyler was an excellent host with great communication throughout our stay, making everything smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This house was amazing! Had everything you could ever want in a home. We had 14 people 8 of those preteens and small kids. They had a blast with the volley ball in the pool, putt putt golf , the swings and slides, jacuzzi, and playing in the beautiful beach that was right in front of the houseThe kitchen was so well stocked with anything you needed. The beds were so comfortable and the house was immaculate.. We would definitely rent this again. I just can’t say enough about how great the house was! Can’t wait to return!

. We had an incredible stay at this beach house! The location is perfect for beach combers and shell searching, we spent hours walking the shoreline and always found something beautiful!! The views are absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset, and the home itself perfectly matches the scenery.The house was impeccable!!! It was extremely clean, safe, and fully equipped for families. Everything was well thought out and made our stay comfortable and easy. The heated pool and hot tub were the perfect way to relax after a long day at the bea!! Tyler was an amazing host and very communicative throughout the entire stay, always making sure everything was up to par and that we had everything we needed.Overall, this was an outstanding experience and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with beautiful views and a fantastic host!
