South Seas Beach House 04 • Captiva Island Vacation Rental
IMPORTANT NOTES: In September 2022, our area was impacted by Hurricane Ian, a Category 4 storm. Many areas of our community have been and continue to be impacted by this historic storm. We are recovering, but our weather is great, our beaches are open, and we are dusting ourselves off. Due to damage caused by the storm, many attractions, restaurants, and amenities have been impacted. The good news is that the island is open, and the situation is improving every day. Whether vacationing or working here, we want our guests to be fully aware of the current limitations. We do not want surprises, and if you have any questions, please contact our office for more details.
Images were taken after Hurricane Ian to show you how the home looks. Even though the outdoor areas and amenities look very different, the interior unit images are representative of the current state of the interior of the home. There will be construction activity and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the home.
The beaches are clean and beautiful. There are limited lounge chairs and seating on the pool deck. A limited but increasing number of restaurants are open in Sanibel and Captiva. Some restaurants and shops may have limited hours. Groceries are available at the Island Store and Jerry's.

South Seas Beach House 04 is a private, 2,800-square-foot beachfront home with gorgeous views of the Gulf from nearly every room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and roomy living area, which opens to the large screened lanai that overlooks the beach. More great views can be found on the second-floor sun deck, just off the cozy loft with a sleeper sofa.
