This nicely appointed townhome has views galore. The property features breathtaking Mountain Views situated in the highly sought after Snowcreek V community.

** Ground Level - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry room with washer and dryer.
* Bedroom 1 offers a king size bed with ensuite bathroom, TV and exterior deck.
* Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed with access to a bathroom in the hallway.
* Private 1-car garage.

** Main Level - Living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom.
* Bedroom 3 offers a full-size bed, twin bunkbed, and ensuite bathroom.* Living room offers a gas log fireplace, leather sofa, love seat, 65-inch TV and a gas BBQ grill on the deck.

** Hand soap, body soap, toilet paper, facial tissue, paper towels, trash can liners, dish towels, kitchen sponge, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry pods are provided.

** Kid supplies: full-size crib, booster seat, kid-friendly tableware are provided.

Private 1-car garage. One vehicle can park in the private garage 83 inches high by 94 inches wide by 236 inches deep and one in the driveway.

The community hot tub is located 100 yards from property. Spa availability and conditions are subject to change without notice. Beach towels are provided.

Close to town, trails, stores, great restaurants and shuttle buses.

This is a non-smoking unit.

We LOVE dogs but we have to put a limit to two dogs only.
There are lots of places for them to roam and explore nearby. They will love it!

Our family had an amazing time staying here in Mammoth. The home was cozy, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the location made it easy to explore the area. We really appreciated how easy the check-in process was and the host was responsive to messages and provided recommendations. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

This is my favorite property we’ve stayed at in mammoth! It actually had everything and everything was labeled (spa towels, hair dryer, all kitchen equipment). Every area was cleaned- cabinets, closets, etc. I noticed a trend in the last few years where hosts want a five star review, but it’s not necessarily the most accommodating, or the cleanest, or the quietest location. Within the first day of being here I knew we were gonna have a great time, we didn’t have the best snowing conditions so we spent a lot of time in the cabin playing games. Bunch of hikes for the dogs nearby. It was truly perfect.. great sunset too!
