The house was nice, clean, and well stocked! The pool was great especially the deck in the pool. Communication was great and very helpful.

Location was good, short drive to St Augustine & Flagler beach. Grand Welcome staff was on top of it. Any time I asked a question they were very responsive no matter the time of day. Big house lots of room. Like the dual zone heat / AC. Bed was very comfortable!!!

Inside the home was clean, nice and very spacious. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Kitchen was nice size and had lots of counter space for cooking and serving. It would have been nice for some larger cookware. No 9x13 pan and no large pot or pan. Had to cook everything in two. Not a deal breaker, but would have been easier. Bed were comfy. We enjoyed the remote feeling of the home. The only real problem was the smell of the water. It had such a STRONG sulfur smell it was hard to take a shower and brush our teeth. Even my skin smelled like it after a shower. I know it’s common in the area but it seemed stronger than normal. I wonder if there is anything that can be done to at least minimize the smell. Other than that we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Plus the owner group was very responsive and helpful to anything we needed. If they were able to address the water issue, I’d definitely stay there again when visiting the area.

House is very nice! Pool was enjoyable! Location was convenient for our plans while we were there. Only dissatisfaction was the jacuzzi heater not working and the inconvenience of the trash and recycling containers not being emptied & the wrong days listed as trash & recycling pick up. Overall, we did enjoy our stay!
