Classic Beach House located on Beach Block in Normandy Beach. Enjoy intimate private family beach steps away from the house. Everything you need is in walking distance: Lasolas market across the street, BlueFin Station, Blu Sushi, Crabby Rick’s and Kaboodles Ice Cream are all in walking distance. Perfect for a family vacation at the Jersey Shore. Plenty of parking on long driveway.

This 4 bedroom home features a first floor with newly renovated kitchen, two bedrooms with queen beds, and full bathroom as well as a large inviting covered deck for grilling and back yard for relaxing after a day at the beach. Also features a comfortable living room with 40 inch tv with full cable. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and 1/2 bath. One BR has 2 twin beds and the other has 4 twin beds. Home also includes outdoor shower, new washer and dryer in the basement, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, and basement seating with additional TV. Also included are 8 Beach Badges.

Delightful house close to beach

This house is adorable, comfortable, well-equipped, and full of nice surprises, like the welcoming basket in the kitchen and the cozy Book Nook at the top of the stairs. Nice space for four adults and two small children. The back deck was a big plus. Thanks, Pieter!

Lovely Beach House in Normandy

We had a wonderful family vacation at Piet’s lovely beach house! Piet was very communicative and proactive in providing information about the house and town. The house was perfect for our group of four adults and two kids.. The location was amazing - very close to the guarded beach on a quiet street. The beach was not crowded either as there isn’t a public parking lot nearby. We loved being across the street from Lasola’s Market and walking distance to several great restaurants. The home was beautifully decorated and the back yard with the covered porch, large dining table, gas grill, gas fire pit and ping pong table was ideal. We were all comfortable and had a fabulous time enjoying each other’s company at the house. It was a special touch that Piet left a welcome basket for our family. Highly recommend this rental. If you aren’t familiar with the area - it is worth noting that we were able to conveniently take our kids to both the Point Pleasant boardwalk and the Seaside Heights boardwalk, but we were happy to be located in the quiet/family friendly Normandy/Mantloking area.

Great beach house!

We live Normandy Beach and our stay at this beautiful house was great! The house is well stocked, has a great outdoor space, and is just a quick walk to the beach. My kids also loved the bonus kids’ library and book nook upstairs and the game cabinet in the family room. This house is probably best for one family, since the upstairs rooms are small, but my kids loved having their own space away from the grown ups. Great house, great town, great vacation! Thank you!

Adorable house and great location

Just steps from the beach! Piet’s house is adorable, and we appreciated thoughtful touches - beach chairs and boogie boards and brand new grill! Beautiful back deck for relaxing during the evenings. Thank you!

The best family vacation!

This house was absolutely perfect for our young family! It was clean, bright, and airy. The location was amazing - right on the beach block and close to food stores/restaurants. The house had everything we could need for a week away (beach toys, chairs, etc). The outside deck and backyard was a huge plus. Pieter was extremely easy to communicate with and a great host. We will be back!

We can’t say enough about this home and it’s owners! This house is beyond adorable and is the perfect beach house. It is filled with anything and everything you need for a perfect beach vacation, Our kids were able to ride bikes and scooters on the quiet street. The owners are wonderful and have put so much detail and love into this home. We will be back for sure!! Thank you for an amazing week!!

We fell in love with this house at first site. It is a classic beach home located near the town amenities and most importantly a very short walk to the beach.

What makes this property unique

The property is deep so that you have not only the large deck off of the back to enjoy dinners around the table but also the seating are beyond the deck for relaxing in the Adirondack chairs.
