Home includes 1 bedroom on main floor with an adjoining bathroom, 3 more bedrooms and bathroom upstairs plus a huge master suite with private bath. All bathrooms feature elegant natural stone and high-end fixtures. Sleeps 12! Trex decking with 4 different deck areas including a back deck off the kitchen with gas grille, a deck off 2 upstairs bedrooms and a 3rd floor roof deck with water views. No expense was spared! Bring everyone in your family and relax at the Shore! Beach badges (6) and cruiser bikes (4) are included for the summer rentals!
Please contact us for pricing if you're interested in a short term off-season monthly rental through March 31st.
Any bookings between May 1 and June 30 shall require the completed information sheet and the rental agreement to be signed and returned by all occupants with photo id/license within 24 hours or the reservation may be subject to cancellation. Also, the refundable damage deposit may be increased to $2,000 at the discretion of the owner. Memorial and Labor Day bookings are 3 night minimums, Friday-Sunday, checking out Monday.
Please return any requested documentation within 24 hours. All overnight occupants/guests must be included. Thanks.

Why they chose this property
Our management is particularly partial to the Jersey Shore, having been life-long residents of New Jersey. Its location, on Chadwick Beach Island, is particularly geared towards families and relaxation. Many of the owners live in their homes year-round, and enjoy family entertaining in the summer months. There is a wonderful bay beach on the Island, and the walk to the beach is less than 15 minutes.
