Just a short block from the private beach with 12 beach badges provided during the summer. Newly updated and decorated, open concept with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths which sleeps 12. Outside has a wonderful back patio for dining & entertaining, an outdoor shower and multiple balconies. Quick walk to the beach, bay, nearby restaurants, markets, ice cream, mini golf, and shops. Also enjoy the playground, tennis courts, and basketball court just a 5 minute walk away. Quick drive to both Point Pleasant and Seaside boardwalks!

Relax and enjoy your stay in this large beach home with space for everyone! Open concept with high ceilings and lots of windows throughout. Very bright and airy! The first floor features a beautiful open layout with a new white fully equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas which seat 12, an island with 3 barstools, a spacious comfortable family room, and a powder room.

Home has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 3 with en suite full bathrooms plus a 4th hall bathroom for two bedrooms to share. 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds and 4 twin beds in the home. 4 bedrooms have balconies. Multiple smart TVs throughout and a 2nd floor laundry room for your convenience.

Outside you'll find a private fenced in backyard patio with new dining furniture, relaxing seating area, a grill and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a great day at the beach. Parking for 4 cars. Enjoy the front porch and multiple balcony areas with seating to relax. There is also a ping pong table, cornhole, games, beach chairs, beach toys and a beach cart for your enjoyment! All you need to do is bring your sheets and towels. Family stay on the Jersey Shore

House was amazing. My family and I stayed here to attend a family wedding. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which made everything super easy. Access to the bikes and proximity to the beach was amazing. We stayed here in Dec and had a great time. I can speak for the entire family when I say spending a week here over the summer would be amazing. The host was accessible and easy to connect with. Thanks for a great experience!

WOW! A BEAUTIFUL AND COMFORTABLE HOUSE....

Our family had the best vacation week at "Coastal Serenity Retreat". Our host, Jeannette and Paul's house is staged so beautifully and with amazing quality items from the beds to the beach equipment and bikes. We truly felt at home immediately upon arrival and appreciated the ultra-cleanliness of this property. We didn't want to leave and look forward to returning again in the future. Jeannette and Paul are the most response hosts ever which we so appreciated. Great location, great house, great vacation! Superb property!!
