ACCESSIBILITY: ▻ This is a 3-level Townhome. There's a Flight of Stairs to Reach Each Floor.
PARKING: ▻ 2 off street parking spaces (one gated, one visitor space). Upon arrival, guests can conveniently collect parking passes from the kitchen counter. Prior to check-in, you'll receive codes for both pedestrian and parking gates.
ENTERING THE HOME: ▻ The Home is Accessed Via Self Check-In Using a Smart Lock with a Unique Code Per Guest
PETS: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Pet fee is $50 for the first dog and $25 for the second. Pet fee does not cover damages caused by your pets. Please keep pets off of the furniture and do not let them potty on the patios. You'll need to walk them down to the courtyard on a leash for potty breaks. Poo bags are provided for cleanup.
GUEST POLICY: ▻ You Can Have People Over But Please Ask Us Beforehand Only guests included in the reservation and pre-authorized by the host are permitted to enter the property. Unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited.
Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

Property is awesome. Only downside is the loud bars across the street and no TV's in the bedroom to help drown out the noise.

So glad you loved the property! Sorry to hear it was noisy outside. We do have sound machines in each bedroom - perhaps you didn’t see those? Appreciate the feedback on TVs in the bedrooms. Just added some today :)
The Bax was perfect for our girls getaway. There were lots of little touches that were very appreciated. Lots of space throughout and the terrace was enjoyable for relaxation and a drink after being out all day. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. There’s not much I would change about this property. Would highly recommend!
Need a way to control patio lighting. Made sleeping difficult.

There are sign on each level with instructions for controlling the patio lights. It’s as easy as saying “Hey, Alexa. Turn off the patio lights” You also could have reached out to one of us and we would have been more than happy to help.
