• 3 bedrooms: one king, one queen bed,one toddler bed and sofa bed futon
• Clean, cozy, and designed for a restful stay

• 2 full bathrooms with fresh towels & basic toiletries
Kitchen
• Fully stocked with cookware, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker & more
Living Room
• Comfortable seating, large TV with 85+ channels, and fast Wi-Fi
Sunroom
• A peaceful spot to relax, read, or sip your morning coffee
Backyard
• 1.3 private acres with a gated yard—quiet and spacious
Extras
• Washer/dryer, on-site parking, central heat & A/C
No parties whatsoever. 6 cars Max. Do not park in court or in front of the neighbors driveway. Please try to fit as many cars in the driveway. Also, please don’t park on our grass.

Thank you for checking out our property. We are a married couple from the Bay Area, California. We moved to Stockbridge in 2024 and started our Real Estate business. We go into hosting because we have had a few bad experiences when traveling and booking a vacation home for our family. We have two children and it's important to have a safe and clean environment when traveling. Our goal is to make our property feel like you are at your home away from home.
