2 BR/2 bath 1st floor condo in beautiful Bonita Bay!

Clean and updated furnishings, this unit has a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoy morning coffee on the lanai while listening and enjoying the wildlife right outside. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have televisions. An inflatable twin mattress is available for additional sleeping. There is also a Pack n' Play for small children. The 2nd bedroom and bath have a pocket door close off for additional privacy. A stacked washer/dryer are located in the kitchen.

Relax in this comfy unit and enjoy all the amenities available to Bonita Bay guests - miles of lush walking and biking paths, tennis courts, pool and hot tub within Wild Pines, and private beach. The beautiful private beach club provides lounge chairs, umbrellas and restrooms as well as water/ice machines and grills.

Three waterfront recreational areas are within Bonita Bay including Spring Creek with available kayak and canoe launches, Riverwalk Park with lighted tennis courts, fishing piers, children's playground and a 12 station cardiovascular exercise area, and Estero Park with a pavilion, picnic area, butterfly garden and beautiful boardwalk to Estero Bay.

We had a wonderful stay here! Our hosts were amazing…They provided us with a lot of information in advance of our stay. The unit was as described and very clean! We loved the location and the amenities. The pool, tennis courts, restaurants and shopping all were very close. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in Bonita Bay.

Place was just as described. Check-in was easy. Location of property is great as it’s very walkable to shops at the Promenade. Would stay again.

Lovely place with all the amenities!

We stayed for two weeks and found this to be a wonderful condo with all the amenities. Clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. Brian and Lisa were great hosts as well. We were very impressed and will definitely stay there again when we’re in Bonita Springs!

This was a great condo with everything you need for the beach or for cooking in the kitchen. The owner was very responsive to questions. The condo is reasonably priced and is in a good location.

Lovely Condo

We are from Illinois and we stayed here when we moved our son into FGCU. We absolutely loved the area! The condo was in a beautiful setting and was nice and quiet. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit our son!

Great Location and Great Owners

This condo provides a fantastic location for exploring the Bonita Springs area, and Bonita Bay provides fantastic walking/running/biking trails. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. Oh, very important, the bed and pillows in the master were very comfortable. Made me wish I had them at home (and I like my bed at home.) We totally enjoyed our stay and our trip.

Beautiful property

This property was the perfect place for myself and my two boys. We had everything we needed. Bonita Bay is a beautiful area and we enjoyed the amenities such as the beach park. The only down side was that the final week of our stay there was a problem with roaches in the apartment.

The condo is nice for 2-3 people we had 4 and at night it was uncomfortable because they need another accent chair in the living room, one person always had to use a kitchen chair.

Pleasant stay in Bonita Bay

Wild pines first floor condo was well equipped in all ways and quiet. Very nice view of a pond and lush vegetation. We heard and saw many water birds and almost every day a lazy alligator resting on a floating platform in the pond taking a snooze in the sunshine. We appreciate the amenities in Bonita Bay, especially the beautiful walking/biking trails, the nature reserves and the shuttle to the private beach.

Warm Spot

It was nice to get away from the cold up North. We enjoyed our stay so much. I rode my bike on the nice trails every day. The unit was well equipped and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the screened porch. The owner was responsive to all of our requests. We met lots of nice people at the pool and enjoyed seeing old friends who live in Bonita Bay and Naples. It was a great trip!

Lovely condo in beautiful Bonita Bay

Property was as shown in listing. Clean and very comfortable with plenty of dishes, towels etc to use during our stay. Unfortunately we arrived when they were replacing the roof which was noisy for 6 days of the week and there was work being undertaken on the condos opposite which was also noisy. The Bonita Bay beach wasnt open for parking which was a big shame. Great rental but we were there at the wrong time.

Magical stay

We stayed in this property and absolutely loved it!! The unit has everything you need. It is well kept, clean, perfect for relaxing day at the pool or the beach and anything in between. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable; towels soft yet absorbent. Linda is very professional and kind. She is easy to reach with any questions you may have. The complex of Bonita Bay is beautifully kept and has sooooo much to offer from playgrounds, pools, tennis, grills, marina. Go and take a walk by the pier and you'll see birds, and bunnies. It was all so beautiful, we can't wait to go back!

We visited Bonita Bay several times before purchasing our condo. We love the walking paths that lead all over this beautiful community and love the location to area attractions as well and of course, the beach.
