Lovely apartment in "Belveder" quarter, close to center of Rijeka.

It is east/south oriented, with a nice relaxing view. Two balconies for romantic breakfasts or lazy afternoon beers.

Apartmant has two bright, comfortable and sunny bedrooms, one double bed, one with 2 single beds.

Newly renovated open space kitchen with all appliances, invites you to discover our local specialties (market and fishmarket 15min by foot).

Central heating makes the place warm during winters, while aircondition and natural breeze refresh it during summer heat.

It is nested in an islet of greenery, within just 5 minutes walk to city core. Ideal for your stay in Rijeka! Just few minutes walk from center, but in peaceful and nice surrounding.

We invite you to enjoy your stay in our lovely home and our beautiful town and have a nice holiday.

We are available for help during your stay 24hrs.

We are willing to help and arrange pickup at buss station, train station or port, with previous announcment and agreement.
We allways prepare warm welcome for our guest, so you can enjoy a snack or a drink and feel good during your stay.

Nice and calm neighborhood in old part of town surrounded with lots of historical and cultural sites and all important services.
Within just few minutes walk you can reach:

- Museum of nature
- Museum of informatics "Peek&Poke"
- Musical School
- Conterporary art musem
- Restaurant "Belveder"
- few grocery shops
- post office
- bank
- pharmacy
- hairdressers and barber shops
- allmost anything you need during your stay, and yet, very close to city center.
You don't need car because everything is easy accessible by foot.

Public transport station next to apartment, opposite the post office Belveder. To Belveder you must catch bus number 4. Contact us for details because the bus has circle route (you get off at station Tizianova or Groblje Kozala)
Taxi is very popular and not expensive, some taxi drivers offer 20kn/5km.
Various parking options available. You can park on the street parking for 4kn/hour, parking is free Saturdays after 14.00, and whole Sunday. If you pay 20 kn you pay daily ticket.
Parking around the house is free if you can find the parking place! It can be sometimes crowded, especially in the evenings.
International bus station Žabica is 10 minutes walk from apartment, so is the Port of Rijeka and Train station (15 minutes walk).
Electric Vehicle charging (EV Charging) station is in "Zagrad" public garage and Gomila parking, 5 mins drive from apartment.
If you like walking you won't need your car to explore city center.

Family Rijeka Stay

FeelingGood apartment was fantastic for us! Very quiet neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from the korzo, 2 min walk to coffee and drinks. The kids loved the guitars, Star Wars games, and the friendly dog downstairs. Check in was great, overall really great stay. Thanks for having us Raul!

This time trilingual: Wir haben im Apartment wundervolle Ferien gehabt. Sehr netter Empfang, einschließlich Transfer vom und zum Flughafen, modernes komplettes Apartment sogar mit Snacks für den ersten Tag - eine solche Klasse haben wir in allen bisherigen Apartments noch nie erlebt! Wenn es möglich wäre, hätten wir 6 Sterne vergeben! We had a wonderful vacation in the apartment. Very nice reception, including transfer from and to the airport, modern complete apartment even with snacks for the first day - we have never experienced such a class in all previous apartments! Am liebsten würden wir 6 Sterne vergeben. If it were possible, we would have awarded 6 stars! Imali smo prekrasan odmor u apartmanu. Vrlo lijep prijem, uključujući i transfer od i do zračne luke, moderni kompletan apartman čak i uz zalogaje za prvi dan - nikad nismo doživjeli takvu klasu u svim prethodnim stanovima! Ako je moguće, dobili smo 6 zvjezdica!

Dear guests. We are a married couple with two, allmost grown up kids. In many ways we are just a common familly with everyday jobs, hobbies, life..
Few years ago, we renovated our apartment, while we were still living there. Our aim was to make it as comfortable as possible, since we planned to live there happy ever after. But as sometimes goes, our situation changed and we moved to another place. When we started to rent our appartment, we had a pretty bright goal of what we wanted, appart from earn money. We wanted our guests to feel comfortable, pleasent, warm and happy as we were at the time. Our biggest success is seeing satisfied, smiled and mirthfull guest who felt like being at home, or even better. And we are happy to see we made it!
Therefore, we wellcome you to our "Feeling good" apartment, we hope you will enjoy your time being there and we hope we'll fulfill your expectations. We will do our best to do so. Thank you.
