The King Master Bedroom has a large double closet, Large Dresser w/ mirror, chest of drawers and Full Entertainment Armour also equipped with Cable, flat panel TV, DVD player and Surround Sound, 2nd Bedroom With full private bath, Full Size Bed and walk-in closet with plenty of shelf space, and the 3rd bedroom as a Fully Functional Office with computer, 2 desks & 4 in 1 copy print fax and scan as well as a Twin Bed (expandable into 3 Twin beds) and two closets.
A fully stocked kitchen has all appliances, coffee maker, eating ware, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, paper towels, napkins and dishwasher, Etc... Etc...
The living room is nicely furnished with large screen LCD TV, Surround Sound, and Gas Fireplace.
There is a laundry room with Full-Size Large Capacity Washer and Dryer, All linens, and towels are provided. Just out the back patio, there is a grass common area nice size gated community pool. There is dedicated off street parking for 2 in front of the house with additional parking for guests. This is a very small & quiet & private gated community with no thru-traffic located 5 minutes from all major Shopping Stores, Popular Restaurants, and Major Supermarket. It is also only 5 minutes from both Interstate 85 and the 485 loop around Charlotte providing quick easy access to anywhere and 15 minutes to downtown!! Everything you need is here!
House just had a significant upgrade and everything is in tip top condition!!
