I love showing people the local secrets to Cayman that people who only stay for one or two weeks don't get to experience.

Why they chose this property

Boggy Sand road is quiet, clean and has no through traffic. Its appeal lies in the mixture of old-time Caymanian cottages and modern beach homes that line this unique neighbourhood. It is one of the last places on the beach to see distinctive Cayman-style architecture.

What makes this property unique

The Green Cottage is a very special place. It's almost like a time capsule to Caymanian history. In a time when many of these style of buildings are being replaced by newer modern style homes, it is truly a blessing.
