Optimum comfort - ACs in both bedrooms and another for the first floor ensures climate control. Room darkening drapes provide privacy in all rooms.

Large backyard and deck where large trees provide adequate shade. The townhouse can accommodate up to 6 people with two queen beds in the bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. High speed internet, premium cable TV (HBO), and Netflix is provided.

Dogs are permitted for a small fee as long as they are well behaved - please reach out beforehand, but we love dogs!

I love the West End and when this great property became available with its pumpkin pine floors and stellar location I was all in. After 2 months of renovation (while maintaining the original character) I rented to two of my friends and started a short term rental in the West End Gem because I need a place for my family and friends to stay while visiting. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
