Secured via Kwikset key pad / key deadbolt lock with a personal security code; Key Lock box.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
At check in Lock box code: 1935. Open the lock box case door… 1) push down on the bottom center button “clear”. 2) punch 1935 in 3) push down on top center button 4) pull door open for key to enter.
*** PULL ON DOOR EVERY TIME YOU LOCK IT TO ASSURE IT LOCKS SECURELY. *** PLEASE KEEP LED REMOTE IN LOCK BOX. PLEASE PLACE TIED TRASH BAG IN GARBAGE BIN PLEASE SET A/C on 76 cool when leaving.
Place used towels / bed linen in the bathtub before leaving. Wash all used dishes. Remove all trash. Make sure no open food or drinks remain. Bed room lamp by window remains on. It’s set to a timer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
