We stayed at Happy Place on Lake Conroe and it definitely lives up to its name. The location is perfect and the house is amazing. Rachel was great with communication and was very responsive to all the questions we had. Also we got the opportunity to meet the owners of the property and they were so hospitable to us. We will definitely rent Happy Place again. Definitely recommend!!

The "Happy Place" was exactly that.. my family and I was happy the whole stay there. Any questions i had up to the very morning of asking if they could heat the pool, Rachel handled it promptly and so very sweet and nicely. The property was absolutely Beautiful and the pool was amazing!! My dog also Loved the stay there. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and loved loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We are thinking already about booking again for this summer.

We really enjoyed our stay! We originally booked this home for my husband’s birthday to be close to the Renaissance Festival, but the weather kept us from going — and honestly, we didn’t mind. We spent our time kayaking and fishing right off the dock, the kids stayed busy with the arcade games and pool table, and I loved having some quiet time in the hot tub. There’s truly something here for everyone, and the fenced-in backyard made it feel genuinely pet friendly, which we really appreciated.We did notice the 10 PM quiet time felt a bit early at first, but after hearing how clearly sound carries between patios, we completely understand why it’s necessary. It definitely helps keep the area peaceful for everyone.Overall, this home was relaxing, well-stocked with activities, and perfect for all ages.
