Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets and cabinets that we have locked. The private backyard are available for your exclusive use.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.



Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.

Breathtaking views. In this price point you get either golf course OR ocean views (even then, its partial ocean view) This had panoramic view of Golf Course AND the ocean. The home was clean and updated.

Beautiful home in the best location! We walked for coffee by the pier every morning and walked to restaurants on Del Mar for dinner. The house was spacious and came with everything we needed for an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was communicative and helpful. We were sad to leave. Hope we can stay again in the future.

View was spectacular and the home itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, our stay was not. Upon arrival, the home was quite musty smelling. Dirty dishes were found in the cabinets. Hairs were on the pillow cases. Towels were stained. And, despite turning the thermostat down, it kept randomly changing from my desired setting to a very high temperature, as if it was being controlled remotely. We all woke up sweating. After many back and forth messages, their remedy to all of this was to alert the cleaning staff (who never came) and to give us a 30 coffee voucher. I also suggest you read the fine print before booking this home. If at any time more than 6 people are in the house, you will be subject to "immediate eviction," and are reminded that there are cameras monitoring who is coming and going. Meaning, I could not have my cousin, his wife and two children over for dinner as I had hoped to do. I understand not wanting parties at the house, but this is different and a bit extreme.Lastly, before even getting the check in information (despite having paid in full), I had to submit a photo of myself holding my ID, and a photo of myself holding the credit card used for booking. I have rented from other sites quite often, and have NEVER had to do anything remotely of the sort.

This property has a million dollar view of a golf course and the Pacific Ocean beyond! A big patio runs along the back of the kitchen and family room so you have a great backdrop to enjoy. Also on the plus side the king size mattresses and bedding in all three rooms are great and no one in your party needs to get the short straw as is so often the case in a VRBO. It has a great location in San Clemente and you are a short drive to the cute town with lots of shopping and restaurants and just a couple miles from public beach parking. Now for the not so great… I had a detailed version but apparently I only get 1500 characters so to be brief… problems with check in on arrival and wrong lock box code. Poor instructions on parking. Two flights of stairs from parking garage to main floor. Funky, uncomfortable furniture to watch a movie with a group. There was nowhere for the 5 of us to sit and chat except the kitchen table, and the gathering space is why we choose to go VRBO route. 2 camping chairs and 2 rattan chairs is all that is on a huge patio to enjoy the outdoors and view. One rooms closet shelf was so dusty it coated my son’s black pants he brought for the funeral. Guest bath had dirty Qtips stuck in the grate. We had told them there would be 5 of us and that’s exactly what we got - 5 towels. No such thing as one for your wet hair and one to dry off with. No luggage racks in any room and not enough bedroom outlets or nightstands in master bedroom.

Really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, close to everything, and having parking was a huge bonus in this area. The only thing I’d suggest is adding more basic supplies like paper towels, tissues, and extra towels. Other than that, it was great.”
