No smoking indoors or near building ($250 fee)

Winter Guests
4WD or AWD strongly recommended for Vermont winter conditions
Travel insurance encouraged – no refunds for weather, road conditions, or power outages
Driveway is plowed, but mountain roads can be challenging

Safety & Respect
Security cameras: One Ring doorbell at front entrance, one motion floodlight camera monitoring backyard (not pointed at hot tub)
Wildlife awareness: You're in the Vermont woods! Deer, occasional bears (from a distance), and friendly spiders are part of mountain life. Keep doors closed, don't feed wildlife, and store trash in mudroom bins.
Hot tub safety: No use if pregnant or after alcohol consumption. Children must be supervised. Use at own risk.
Please remove shoes in mudroom to protect hardwood floors
Quiet hours respected for neighbors

Basement is off-limits (equipment only – dehumidifier must stay plugged in)
Use only dried hardwood in indoor fireplace
