This home is an absolute DREAM! One of the few surviving original homes of West Seattle's Alki Avenue, it has been fully remodeled into a modern, stylish gem with every imaginable convenience. We are experienced hosts, excited to be offering this brand new, beautifully remodeled listing in THE BEST LOCATION ever, directly across the street from the beach!
Starting from the second you arrive, you will find your very own designated off-street parking right in front of the house, with space for easily 4-5 cars. Enter into the light, airy living room and you'll immediately be drawn back out towards the beach by the large french doors that open onto the covered front porch. The kitchen and dining room are complete with everything you need for daily cooking. Celebrate your first night with us by popping a bottle of sparkling wine and firing up the grill on the back porch. Chilly night? No problem, both the front and back porches have outdoor heaters. Two couples, or any combination of 4 guests may enjoy the house, which has one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a single full bath. The living room couch is actually a sofa bed, so may be used if sleeping arrangements require. Are you a traveling nurse? Treat yourself to the luxury you deserve in your off-hours - reserve our beach house for your assignment in Seattle.
