This Pat Killen-designed home is a stone's throw from the beach and the best surf in the area. Close to great restaurants and a short walk along the world famous beach strand to downtown and the pier. The top floor has an open-concept living room and chef's kitchen with magnificent 180 degree ocean vistas. Step out onto the patio deck and soak in the sun and the fun!

3 bedrooms each with a full bathroom. An additional 1/2 bathroom in the main living area. 2 car indoor garage with a separate carport for a 3rd car. Separate laundry room, stocked kitchen, 2 large outdoor patio decks with a BBQ on the upper deck with unobstructed ocean views. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and beach games. Steps from the beach and close to downtown Manhattan Beach, SOFI Stadium, and LAX.

Great location. It was nice to wakeup and see the morning lineup of surfers. Easy trip down the block to get to the beach and strand. Lovely sunsets from the decks.
