According to the rules of the condominium the maximum capacity is 7 people including baby of lap, do not insist therefore more that 7 people, will not be allowed the entrance in the concierge.

Excelente Apartamento e excelente localização

Apartamento em ótimas condições de limpeza e manutenção, bem localizado próximo a praia Grande em Ubatuba em uma caminhada de 5 minutos. Excelente para crianças e adultos. A proprietária muito gentil e atenciosa nos atendeu muito bem assim como o zelador. Recomendamos e voltaremos assim que possível.

O imóvel realmente é de acordo com as fotos, tudo muito limpo. Porém a academia é somente para os proprietários , tv com pouquíssimas opções de canais durante os dias que ficamos o canal globo(vanguarda) não funcionava, lampada do quarto queimada (isso acontece em qualquer residência, normal acontecer, porém seria resolvido facilmente se a pessoa que fica responsável por isso fizesse esse rápido reparo. Controle do portão não estava funcionando e porta de um dos quartos não trancava. Infelizmente serviço da portaria ruim e zelador péssimo. Proprietária do apartamento sempre muito atenciosa, educada e prestativa, se preocupou com tudo que falamos com ela durante os dias que ficamos, porém acredito que essas coisas acima descritas ela dependia de alguém para solucionar.

O apartamento da Eulália é muito agradável, bem equipado e decorado. A localização é ótima, perto da praia. O prédio é novo e organizado. Eulália foi muito simpática e atenciosa, uma anfitriã maravilhosa. Tivemos um pequeno inconveniente com os colchões, mas Eulália garantiu que eles serão substituídos.
