This is a beautiful townhouse home that can sleep 8 people comfortably. We have a beautiful ocean view and the location is prime for you to go and enjoy the beach in the morning then visit the town during the day. Come enjoy this beautiful place that I call home and enjoy some beautiful experiences in Montauk. Both bedrooms are spacious and have 2 queen beds in each of them with 2 full bathrooms. You can either come by car or by train. You have a designated parking spot and you can find additional permitted parking on the street. And if you come by train - it's only a 5 minute drive from the train station (1.5 miles)

Location, Location, Location. This townhouse is perfectly placed to give you access to the beach via an entrance across the street and walking into town. You can park the car and forget about it for the rest of your trip.

Great Location

The townhome looks even better in person! Great location directly across the street from public beach access and a short walk into town. The place was clean and seemed newly renovated. Azza was very responsive and even let us have a late checkout. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

We have spent a lot of time over this years in this part of Montauk and really enjoyed the location and nearby amenities. The owners were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Pretty easy stay and the condo was great. Clean, updated and enjoyable.

The rental was very updated and clean. There was so much space and so close to the beach. The upstairs bedroom was a little warm. We had some issues finding the beach chairs but overall a great place and location. We could walk to everything in Montauk.

Everything about this condo was outstanding. The location enabled us to go to the beach in a couple of minutes as well as have an easy walk into town. Very convenient to restaurants and local markets. Great kitchen and deck.

Beach location, clean and spacious condo

We spent a wonderful several days in this Montauk condo which was steps away from beach access. It's a small condo building with a handful of units, which was nice and peaceful for our family. Owner was very friendly and accessible prior to check in and during our stay, very helpful to ensure we had a wonderful time. The beds downstairs were some of the most comfortable I've slept in away from home and the bathrooms are very modern and luxurious. Fantastic location. We can't wait to go back.

Family trip to Montauk !

Our family of five had an amazing trip to Montauk. Azza’s property had everything we needed to make our trip an easy one. Home was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Great space, great rental owners!

Our townhouse was beautiful, and had amenities beyond our expectations! The owners were attentive and answered all our questions (before, and during our stay) within minutes of texting. The location couldn't have been more convenient to the beach, and a short walk to town. I would stay here again, without question!!

Significantly Exceeded all Expectations!

I stayed at this property with 7 adults (3 couples plus 1 more) and the condo significantly exceeded all of my expectations. The location was prime, literally across the street from the beach entrance and less than a five minute walk to town to get coffee, grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. No car is needed! The quality and cleanliness of the condo was amazing. All updated appliances, great bathrooms, comfortable beds and sleeping arrangements, including with 7 adults! Wifi was good and the quality of the available kitchen supplies was possibly the best I have ever had in a rental property. Amal was also amazing at communicating, responding quickly and making every effort possible to help out our group with our asks. Could not have asked for a better host. Overall, I highly recommend this property if you are coming to Montauk, it will make your stay all the more special. I would give it 6 stars if I could! Thank you so much Amal!!

Amazing Condo. Amazing Owners.

This is one of the best places to stay in Montauk. Beautiful condo that is literally 15 steps away from the beach and close to everything in town. It was super easy to walk to the condo from the beach throughout the day. The condo was super clean and absolutely beautiful. The owners Azza and Amal are fantastic. Probably the best owners I've ever communicated with. They were quick to message me, organized, and very accomodating. There is a grill now, but we didn't use it. Parking spot was great for us. 150% would recommend. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Azza and Amal!

Amazing location & Perfect hosts

We loved our stay at Azza and Amals! Location, location, location! You can be on the beach in about 5 minutes (door to sitting) and the beach was not that crowded - double plus. You can also easily walk to town in 5-7 min, which was great with little kids. The townhouse itself was also great- clean, nice decor, well equipped. The only downside is I did wish I had access to the washer/dryer but understand an owner may not want heavy use of machines like that. The complex the townhouse is in was also really nice- only 8 units, so quiet and the people we interacted with were all great. There is a grill now! For those who commented earlier it was missing. We didn't use it, but it was available for our use. The only real downside was having only 1 parking space. In the future if a town permit came with the house to provide an additional parking space this listing would be perfect. Thanks for everything. We would love to book again in the future.

This listing was PERFECT! Walking distance to the beach and to town. The decor is beautiful, had everything we needed, spacious and SO clean - which we were very concerned about with the pandemic. This is a fairly well appointed condo in town across the street from the beach in Montauk. The owner is lovely and helpful. It is comfortable. The ad said there was a barbeque, which there was not, this was a disappointment. The decor is very intense.

Perfect in every way

I don’t even know where to begin! Location is just perfect , property is stunning and the owner is absolutely the best... so easy to communicate with and help and answer every possible question before and during our stay. Loved every minute spent there!

Have you ever seen that commercial where the lady says "My father makes them, my uncle sells them?" My sister and I are more like, "My sister catches it and I cook it." I'm passionate about cooking and my sister Amal loves fishing. Theres nothing like going out on the boat on a beautiful day. We're very family oriented and love our children. Both of us have 2 children, all a year apart from one another. They grew up like siblings - as we are both two single mothers. I've always been passionate about interior design and have designed this whole home myself. I'm so proud of what it has become - A paradise for my family and I, and I hope that you and your family may enjoy your time here as I do with my lovely family!

Why they chose this property

My family and I live in Suffolk, Long Island and have always traveled out to Montauk annually. We've always enjoyed the beautiful Montauk air, beach, and lifestyle. Finally we decided to buy a place that we can fix up to our style - modern, rustic, and chic. This is our beautiful home and although both my sister and I are busy with our businesses in both Long Island and Brooklyn.. We still love to come out to Montauk during any season.

The attention to detail was something that my sister and I will have you noticing from the moment you walk into our home. We went through a gut renovation of 6 months - From state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, to bathrooms with heated toilet seats w/ top of the line bidets. Everything is fully remodeled and brand new.
