Squirrel's Nest-Stunning Chalet w/ Summer Pool Access!

Welcome to Squirrel's Nest! This beautifully appointed 2,100 square foot, 2 story cabin with central heat has an open floor plan with vaulted ceiling and 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths total including 2 master suites and a large loft.

The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and double ovens. The first primary suite is located on the main floor with a king bed and has private access onto the deck. This bathroom has a shower and jacuzzi tub. The second primary bedroom is upstairs, also with a king bed. This bathroom has a shower-tub combo. The third bedroom is upstairs with a queen and twin bunk bed (can sleep 4 in this room). Additionally, the loft has a queen sleeper sofa, double futon, foosball, air hockey and a mini pool table.

Charcoal BBQ available year round for guest use. (Guests should bring their own charcoal). Deck and patio overlooks the forested backyard. The living room has a gas fireplace, in addition to central heating throughout.

During the summer months, you'll have full access to Big Trees Village Recreational Center. Only minutes from Bear Valley Ski Resort, Lake Alpine, Spicer Reservoir, and Calaveras Big Trees State Park. There's something to do year-round!

Squirrel's Nest is the perfect retreat for relaxation or to fulfill all your outdoor adventure desires.

Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.

Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file.

Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).

Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.

Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
