TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BOOK THIS! We arrived at location. Property Manager would not send checkin details. VRBO couldn’t get ahold of manager!! A couple hours after we arrived, manager called to say “I cannot access my VRBO” account to get you in, but have another location IF YOU PAY ME CASH! Total scam!! We flew from LA for business in Miami and HAD NO PLACE TO STAY BECAUSE OF THIS SCAM ARTIST!

Al llegar a la propiedad, el front desk no tenía registro de nuestra reserva ni información para asignarnos la unidad que habíamos alquilado. Intentamos comunicarnos con el anfitrión por todos los medios disponibles (número de contacto en la confirmación, Expedia/Vrbo y a través del front desk), pero nunca obtuvimos respuesta directa del anfitrión. El front desk indicó que sí logró contactarlo, pero únicamente para decir que el problema debía resolverse por medio de la plataforma, sin ofrecer ninguna solución. Como resultado, nunca pudimos ingresar a la propiedad y tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento alrededor de las 6:00 p. m., lo cual fue especialmente difícil por tratarse de fechas cercanas a Año Nuevo en Miami. Expedia nos brindó apoyo y asumió su responsabilidad, pero no recomendaría esta propiedad ni este anfitrión debido a la falta total de atención y resolución
