Quite a perfect vacation place to stay. Right on the beach with attentive staff, particularly Raul.

My second time in the property and I noticed a lot of positive improvements to the approach of the building. Raul and Jose are particularly amazing.

Best of Cabarete

The view at the property is outstanding, you can wake up to blue water and the sounds of waves everyday. The team was very responsive and helpful in answering questions and resolving minor requests. The property is at the edge of a busy strip in Cabarete so a short 5 min walk to restaurants and amenities but far enough away to feel secluded. Everything you need is close by.

Best view in Cabarete

We stayed 35 days in the studio which is on the top floor. Loved every minute of our stay. Since this is a small residence (3 condos and one studio) any issues were resolved very quickly. Thank you Raul for making our stay memorable and for your friendship. We have already reserved next year but this time in a two bedroom condo as we would like to introduce our family to Cabarete. Until next year.

Fantastic Stay

I first booked the penthouse suite but when I arrived I noticed that the building was empty. I contacted management and asked for an upgrade to a lower floor . quick response and a reduced price moved me to the 3rd floor. Raul the maintenance man was also there for anything I needed. the pool water was warm and of course the view is number#1. Close to restaurants and a great beach to walk on in the early morning before breakfast. Looking forward to returning in September

THE VIEW

Could not have picked a better name. I really didn't want to write a review because I don't want this to become to popular. The staff was incredible, Raul was there when ever we needed him, which wasn't to often. The location is the best is the best you can get , no need for a car, everything in walking distance. The pictures really don't do it justice, and that VIEW, I miss it already and can't wait to return.

Wonderful location, very nice apartment.

This is on the 4th floor with a huge deck. I would call it a studio apartment. It is spacious and modern. You walk thru sliding doors to large well lit living area and 2 beds. There is a very nice bathroom area. The refrigerator and cabinet with dishes is inside and sink and stove are on the deck. We stayed for three weeks and this was perfect for us. You are walking distance to many good restaurants and the grocery store is very close. The view from the deck is amazing. The only downside is that when we arrived we were told the elevator was going to be repaired the following day. It was never repaired. Walking stairs is good exercise and was not a problem for us. I would definitely stay again.

Maintainance man was top notch, security was great . Can't beat the view of the beach. Janet's Market short walk for supplies. Close to bars and restaurants. I recommend staying here. The locals catch fish and are happy to sell to you at at good price.

another great stay. check in with Paul was easy and quick. the grounds keeper Was constantly working to keep the property clean, and the security guy was very friendly. Janet's Market is a very short walk from the residence. would definitely come back again
