I wanted a duplex
What makes this property unique
This is a duplex in a nice neighborhood in city limits.
Both sides are rentable if you have others in your party.
I prefer only two adults per side and one child. One side has a roll away bed as well as a king bed. The other has a king bed and a larger sofa. It’s clean comfortable, they both have well appointed kitchens, and their own laundry.
