Your coastal escape awaits! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is just 10 minutes from the sand, surf, shopping, and dining. Sip your coffee or unwind on the private second-floor balcony overlooking a peaceful pond. Full kitchen, comfy living space, and all the essentials for your beach getaway. Note: No pool access per HOA rules, but the ocean is calling—and it’s just minutes away!



Just have access to all of the condo except for the owner’s closet



Please feel free to text us with any questions or concerns. We do not always receive notifications through the Airbnb app so texting is best.



• Primary renter must be 25 or older

• No smoking inside the condo

• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM

• HOA disturbances may result in a $200 fee

• No glitter or confetti—$250 cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken

• We reserve the right to end any rental if rules are not followed or the condo is not properly maintained
