Lovely villa

A lovely villa equipped with everything you could need and a fantastic pool. The villa location is great as well - easy access to supermarkets, restaurants etc. Carine was a great host with excellent communication and speedy responses when queries arose. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect holidays

The house is very spacious and has everything that you need. There is restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and is located in a very peaceful and quiet place. The pool and garden are very well treated. The owner is very friendly and always available if you have any doubt. We really loved our stay! Thank you so much

Wonderful villa!

The villa is beautiful, very spacious and equipped with everything you need. The outside area is fantastic, the pool is huge and there are plenty of sun beds. There are restaurants in walking distance and it’s a ten minute taxi to the beach. Golf courses are a ten minute walk. Communication with the host was very easy and helpful. We would definitely visit again. Thank you

The property listing is not completely accurate. We were supplied the address. We were told it's No. 6 when in fact is is No. 8 !!!! When driving out of the property you have to take care as you cannot see traffic approaching on the main road. Upon arrival we were greeted by the housekeeper and handed the keys. We were shown the property 'book' with some information. The information was very limited. No information was provided about the local area, shops/restaurants or activities.If you are seeking a property with modern amenities, go elsewhere. The property is fairly old and has some defects that could be addressed. The property is an owner let and there are some areas locked away. The kitchen appliances are old but functional. No kettle is provided and no printer is available although these are both listed in the property description. The lounge area only provides seating for four people.The swimming pool is a very nice size. But be aware the majority of the pool is approximately 2m deep. No steps are provided to the deep end which would provide a means of exit. The pool is maintained on a Friday. The pool water quality became poor Wednesday and by Thursday evening was not looking great. Maybe more regular servicing is required. We suffered an electrical fault which meant that all power was lost to the ground floor except for the kitchen. This was not resolved for 2.5 days. The electrical system needs an upgrade.Overall, the house is OK, but requires some works.

Bonjour, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est idéalement situé proche du centre de Fuengirola de Mijas . La piscine est vraiment grande ensoleillée toute la journée et le quartier est calme. La propriétaire réagit très vite aux messages. Cindy

Très belle maison

Merci à Corinne et Ani pour leur disponibilité et leur accueil. Maison très agréable et très bien située pour se reposer et découvrir la région. La description correspond bien : maison spacieuse belle terrasse belle piscine extérieur agréable et équipements conformes à une bonne location.

Très belle maison dans un endroit calme

Maison très chouette avec large piscine dans un endroit calme mais proche de tout. Voiture indispensable. Propriétaire belge très agréable dans la communication; la femme de ménage qui assure l’accueil est super gentille.
