We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds - a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere while still being close to Uptown shopping, great local coffee shops, and the excitement of the Balloon Fiesta. We are minutes away from I-40 freeway. We love how easy it is to enjoy a peaceful evening at home and still be just minutes away from some of Albuquerque's most popular attractions.
