This fantastic resort style accommodation will definitely delight. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach & less than 10 minutes walk to town centre.

Ground level comprises of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and access to the courtyard.
1st bedroom ground level - 1 queen size bed.
2nd bedroom ground level - 1 single bed, 1 trundle and double sofa bed.
Upstairs comprises of 3rd bedroom (1 queen size bed), living area, dining area, kitchen and access to the balcony.

Gated entrance for security, communal barbecue area and heated outdoor swimming pool with a lock up single garage.

This property is fully equipped with a modern kitchen and also a coffee machine to sit back, relax and enjoy your stay.

Excellent accommodation close to the beach

We loved our stay here. 3 bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms provided plenty of space for 2 families. Great well equipped kitchen, nice to have some supplies included. Pool and bbq were perfect, and complex was nice and quiet. Loved that we could walk to the beach and into town. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, walking distance to shops and beach. There is a communal pool which was great. It’s solar heated so was a little cold but we managed to get in. Communication with the owner was fantastic, they were quick to respond with any questions we had and were extremely helpful.The townhouse is in a gated area so very secure for the kids to play around.

Great Beach Escape!!

Amazing Stay in Cowes!

We had an absolutely wonderful two-night stay in Cowes. The location was perfect, with everything we needed close by, making it so convenient for our family. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a very secure feel to it, which gave us peace of mind.A special thanks to the owner for kindness and flexibility in allowing us to check out later than usual, as we were traveling with kids. It made such a difference and was greatly appreciated.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic location and apartment

From the initial contact with the owner, to time we had to say goodbye to our little holiday, our experience has been nothing but positive. The owner was very friendly and communicated everything we needed to know, making the check in and out process very easy. The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for our group, in an excellent location, handy to everything we needed. King’s Birthday Getaway

Great location, big apartment with good facilities. Check in process was easy with good communication with owner. Only flaws were a few black hairs on doona cover and on tiles. Top sheets would be nice so you know sheet is washed and soap in showers. Otherwise, a lovely stay and would recommend to others and would stay again.

Excellent Experience best in Cowes

We stayed for 6 nights, and it was such a very good experience. The place was magnificently clean, spotless, It was very close to the shopping centre and only one minute to the beach, a very friendly place to stay. On arrival, we found the coffee machine and the milk in the fridge was ready for us to use, plus lots of stuff in the kitchen you would not find it somewhere else the house was a spacious area for the family plus a balcony, close to the very clean BBQ area and the swimming pool the kids enjoyed the DVD player provided with some excellent movies for them to watch I would recommend this place any time for families need to have a good time in Phillip Island Cowes.

This property had everything as promised on the website. We were very happy with the location, check in and check out was also very smooth and easy. As a clean freak that I'm, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the property. It was clean but not impeccably clean, the dryer filter was spitting out a lot of lint at the very first use and only the heavy traffic areas were cleaned. There was sand in the tub and in the washing machine, possibly from the previous occupants. The laundry area was very dusty. But overall we had a great time at this property. I will not hesitate to book it again.

Upstairs/Dowstairs

This is a town house property on two levels. The upstairs had a spacious open plan living area, a modern well-equipped kitchen, and an excellent main bedroom and bathroom. No complaints there. However, we found the downstairs a lot less comfortable. It was cold and damp and not particularly inviting. It felt like a bit if a dungeon in contrast to the light airy rooms upstairs. Downstairs the second bedroom (with a queen bed) did not have any heating and there were mould spots on the wall under the window. It was cold room. The third bedroom (single bed, trundle and sofa) had the heater but no hanging space, bed lamps etc. Two of our party pulled the mattress off the single bed and trundle and slept upstairs in the living area.
