Come enjoy this fabulous four bedroom beach house in Surf Beach. Bayview Retreat offers a relaxing family getaway with everything you could wish for. This beautifully presented property with views of the bay, is situated a short walk from Surf Beach and an easy stroll to the local coffee, pizza and bottle shops.

This spacious home offers four bedrooms, two separate living areas, outdoor decks, a lovely fenced in backyard and a secure, well stocked garage. This home is ideal for family and friends wanting to spend quality time together, but with plenty of space to spread out when needed.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for large groups with both indoor and outdoor dining options. The top deck is equipped with a BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating. There are two living areas with large screen televisions with an additional large screen television in the large downstairs bedroom. There are two DVD players in the home with a collection of DVDs and boardgames for your pleasure. The garage is well stocked with beach toys and games, boogie boards and three bicycles to use to explore the local surrounds.

There is off-street parking for four cars.

Sheets and towels are not provided. Arrangements may be made for overseas or interstate travellers for an additional cost.

A perfect little get away

This is the second time we stayed here and we love it. A light and bright open house, with everything you need. Always clean and tidy and completely set up with everything you need. Bayview Retreat a real treat

A great getaway weekend at a fantastic holiday house. Accommodation was wonderful. Four bedrooms with three bathrooms worked really well. Well appointed kitchen and lounge area. Girls loved the jukebox , the games room and the boogie boards in the garage. We’ll hopefully be back.

Surf Beach holiday

We had a great time watching eurovisions at Karen&Dave's place. It's a beautiful house with lots of space and very well equipped. Short walk to the beach and the water was still nice to swim! Had pizzas from the near by pizza truck and they were great too. Overall everything was easy from the start and we enjoyed a lot.

What can i say, but it was a home away from home. A huge thanks to Karen and Dave for sharing your wonderful property. Its the first place the family have wanted to come back to, and the first my wife commented that it was totally clean, top to bottom which so many others just dont do. Not to mention how you kindly shared everything within the house to make the most of our stay. So central to everything, and that view from the deck is the best. Cant wait to be back.

Why they chose this property

Bayview Retreat is a short walk to beautiful Surf Beach. The neighbourhood is quiet, but only a 10 minute drive into Cowes or a lovely bike ride away to Cape Woolamai and New Haven along the bike path. Between September and April guests can watch the Shearwater birds come in at night along Surf Beach or walk, bike or drive over to Sunderland Bay for some amazing sunset viewing.

What makes this property unique

Dave and I especially love Phillip Island May through October as there are no crowds and the surf really takes off this time of year.
