Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. The property is thoughtfully equipped with everything we need. There was even a high chair provided! Aldi and coles was only 8 minutes away and everything else was closeby! We enjoyed our stay!

Apart from the dishwasher emptying onto the floor (whichh I reported), the house was perfect for a family weekend. It was lovely to have a view of the water, and the general consensus was that we would like to stay there again at some stage.

Thank you so much, Susan—we’re glad you enjoyed the lovely water views and found the home perfect for your family weekend. We appreciate you letting us know about the dishwasher and would love to welcome you back again for another stay.
Nice quiet location with lots light filled rooms & fabulous sunny main living area with sunset & beach view. Great for us to bond us a family with grandparents & teens still have own space too. Good yard for pups. Some features in kitchen & bathroom need replacement/repair but otherwise good
Nice tidy house. Functional kitchen. Fast internet. Short walk to beach. Great secure back yard for the dog. Much thanks to the hosts we enjoyed our stay.
A lovely home very close to the beach. This property has everything you need to make yourself at home. Spacious rooms and great balcony space for entertaining over a barbecue. The fireplace added to the cozy ambience on cool autumn nights. The property also has a spacious backyard for a dog to run around in. Definitely worth the stay. 😃
I stayed overnight with my friends and left the property in a fair condition. I put the rubbish in the bins. 2 days later they contacted me stating they have to do extra cleaning and charged me extra. It’s a crime to charge someone without consent. I raised and reported this to my bank as a dispute.
We booked Sea to Sunset View in Ventnor with high expectations due to the glowing reviews. Unfortunately, our experience fell short. The upstairs bedroom had a golf ball-sized hole in the window, letting in whistling wind that disrupted sleep. The downstairs fly screen was broken, allowing insects inside. Essential amenities were unreliable—a malfunctioning dishwasher, a shower tap that kept falling off, and deteriorating outdoor furniture that stained our clothes. The main lounge area furnishings were badly stained.Despite reporting these issues with photos, the property management company only offered to send a handyman, which would have disrupted our stay. There was no apology or solution—just a lack of care for guest comfort and neglect of essential repairs. We didn't hear back from them again. The only redeeming feature is the location, but with many other rentals nearby, it’s not worth the price or the frustration.

I'm so sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations.A couple of issies occurred just before your stay and were work in progress when you arrived.
