We had an excellent time and would definitely re-book for a future holiday! The host’s instructions to arrive and settle in were clear and easy. The property has great spaces to unwind and chill. The location is superb with easy access to Phillip Island attractions and it’s only a of couple minutes walk to Smiths Beach. The surrounding neighbours were all cheerful and welcoming which made every stroll for a morning latte or to see the sunset fun.Really enjoyed the stay highly recommend it!

Great house for extended family holiday

Great house in a fantastic location, easy walking distance from one of our favourite beaches. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the outdoor areas especially the pool table which provided hours of entertainment for the teenagers in our group.

Perfect get away

What a beautiful property. Perfectly located and fully equipped. The property owners were super easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend this gorgeous house and we will be back.

Perfect for a family beach holiday

The house was ideal for our family gathering. Easily accommodated the ten of us in comfort. Everything we needed was provided and the upstairs and downstairs living areas were ideal for adults and kids to separate when needed. The outdoor space was good for some backyard cricket and the fire pit was perfect for 'smores'. Easy walk to the beach was great for the Canadians to get their surfing fix, and the local coffee was great.

Beachside beauty

Brilliant location with excellent facilities. The games and recreational equipment was fabulous. Nice secure yard for the dog! Great to stroll down to see the Shearwaters coming in and to enjoy the beach. Couple of things- fridge in the carport is very smelly, bedside light upstairs us or working and no tea towels!

Hi Vincent, thank you for your response. The fridge downstairs is used as bait fridge for our fishermen guests, unfortunately its hard to get rid of the smell. Will check bedside lights they were working last we checked. The tea towels must have been an oversight, we will make sure we remind the cleaner next time. Thank you for staying with us

Jason booked for our maximum guests of 12. Our neighbours called to complain as they actually had 17 people and 7 cars well over what is allowed at the property. The house was left in a very bad state, coffees spilled on walls, floors and carpet, Cigarette butts and food scraps left behind on floor. Which we would have accepted had There not been stains on the carpet, concrete, and one on our new dining table that can not be removed and extra people that were no allowed or requested for.
