At Bunya By The Sea, you are only a 2 minute walk to beautiful beaches where you can take time out to recharge, do a sunset walk, make sandcastles with the kids or find a quiet nook on the beach to read and snooze; this could be just what you need. This is the perfect location for your holiday.

Bunya By The Sea is set within the grounds of one of Phillip Island’s first homesteads (Woolamai House). The historic homestead was built in 1876 by the famed Melbourne Cup horse trainer Captain John Cleeland.

We built Bunya By The Sea for large groups, noting that most accommodation on Phillip Island is quite old and has less than 5 bedrooms. A modern property that caters for all occasions that is absolute beach front (very rare for Phillip Island).

A perfect location for holidays as you do not want to be staying too close to Cowes during the busy holiday periods
