PLEASE NOTE: We DO accept family groups and groups of people aged 25 years and over. Guests under age 25 must be with a parent or guardian who will be present at the property for the duration of the stay. We DO NOT accept schoolies groups.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & ID: This property is managed by My Guesthouse Pty Ltd. To secure your booking, you will need to sign our Rental Agreement and supply us with your driver’s license within 48 hours of making your booking.

Phillip Island Waterfront House is fully self contained home with a large rear garden. You will not need to share any of the amenities or areas.

Located in famous Surf Beach overlooking the world class Surfies Point through to Cape Woolamai. Great swimming, surfing, snorkelling and fishing only metres from the doorstep.

Getting around

Phillip Island Waterfront House has a double lockup garage plus four additional car spaces in the driveway. We are located 1:30hr drive from Melbourne or 1:45hr drive from Melbourne International Airport.

It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. Please provide ages upon booking request.
You will be required to sign Terms & Conditions and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival.
