Excellent house with veranda, barbecue, side space, shower on the pier and another on the side of the house, just 30 meters from the beach of Maguaraquissaba, can be accessed by sea or by the trail.
The beach has 3 restaurants, one of which even works with açaí and ice cream, as well as a mini-bar next door with açaí, beers, soft drinks and snacks.
On the balcony there is a mobile barbecue and dining table, with a bench across the balcony.
