Loved the location, a busy street outside, but to be expected and there were blackout curtains for most of the bedrooms. The hosts were so flexible with the check in and check out times we really appreciated that, and also the little snacks and coffee that were stocked in the kitchen. They were always quick to answer any inquiries. The water pressure could be better, but given it is an older house totally understandable. Would stay again.

Great location and great hosts

This property was in a perfect be location for our weekend trip. We were able to walk to a lot of places and the trolley stop was also very convenient. The hosts were amazing and communicated with us prior to our arrival and also checked in during our stay to ensure all was well.

Great location for a long weekend trip!

We enjoyed a long weekend stay with a small group of friends. Great location, easy walk to Frenchmen St. and the French Quarter, while being far enough away from the bars to enjoy peace & quiet at night. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the place was spacious.

Prime Location

The property was perfectly situated on a main road nearby lots of food options, very walkable to French Quarter, and was exactly as described by the host. The host gave great recommendations and was very communicative before and during my stay.

Fantastic place! My husband, 18 year old son and two grandmas came down for our son’s college graduation. Everything was clean and it was so spacious. We loved the decor - It really added to the experience! Fun 4 days in New Orleans! Location was convenient and we felt safe (but you should always be careful at night anywhere.

My friends and I just checked out and we loved our time here. The house was spacious while still being intimate, but allowed each of us our own bedroom. Having multiple bathrooms was such a plus. But even if none of that was true (which to be clear: it is!) the location quite simply cannot be beat. A streetcar stop is just steps outside the door, and the amenities on Frenchman Street are just a couple minute walk. We would most definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay to Celebrate Sons 21st with Family!

Very clean, great location, spacious, with perfect New Orleans flair. Awesome hosts, that made sure we had a list of suggestions on places to visit, and the refreshments and snacks were a great surprise waiting for us when we got there. Plenty of fresh towels and extra blankets and pillows were appreciated! Would definitely book with these hosts again!

Property was in a great location, and was ideal for our stay in New Orleans. I enjoyed the stay. The one thing I didn’t realize is the house is shared with another Vrbo location so some things are shared. Overall, it was a great stay!
