The host was amazing. She responded each time I reached out. The townhouse itself was really nice. The only thing I suggest is updated furniture. The kitchen stools were peeling, the sofa down stairs had some stains (needed a deep cleaning) and the coach in sitting area upstairs was coming apart underneath and it was visible when you came up the staircase. It was still extremely nice place, it just needs some furniture updates. I would definitely stay again after cleaning and upgrading!

This property is less than 6 years old and has clear potential. The decor is beautiful and thoughtfully done, just as shown in the photos. Unfortunately, the home is not kept up well and needs major attention. The space felt dirty, dingy, and uninviting — we genuinely hesitated to touch anything. Walls were visibly dirty and in need of patching/painting. Floors had dirt, especially in corners. Linens were stained, towels discolored, and overall cleanliness was very poor. A deep clean and maintenance refresh would make a huge difference.The home is minimally stocked. Towels were sparse both in number and quality. The pool is small but “does the trick,” but the surrounding space needs real upkeep — weeds pulled, and outdoor furniture/cushions replaced or revitalized.The door code only works at the exact check-in to check-out times, which is highly unusual and disruptive for typical travelers. We also arrived to find the cleaner still there. 1.5 hours later, she was still cleaning and stated the laundry wasn’t working. While we felt for her efforts, we could not access the home or leave belongings unattended. This delay significantly set us back. When notifying the host, Andrea, there was no apology — only that she spoke with management.We’ve stayed at dozens of great VRBOs in this area. This one just wasn’t it.I hope management uses this feedback to improve the property so it can bring real joy to future guests.

The feedback does not reflect the standards of our property. The home recently received a full deep clean, and all minor issues were promptly addressed by our cleaning service. We always strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming stay, and it’s unfortunate when reviews do not accurately represent the condition of the property
