THE LIVING AREA
The rooms are centrally air-conditioned. Living room features 75-inch flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even an PS4 game console.

The bedrooms are furnished with 3 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 1 Baby Crib, and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep.

All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt.
Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside for at least 16 people. The house give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.
2 BATHROOMS Fully-stocked Bathrooms with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and everything you need: shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and fresh towels.
OUTSIDE SPACE Gated Back Yard with Pool and Grill. We allow pets.
PARKING Driveway parking for 4-5 cars: Enjoy the convenience and security of our spacious private garage, ensuring peace of mind.
LAUNDRY In-unit washer, dryer, and detergent are available.
REMOTE WORKING Reliable 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, easily reliable enough to make hosting an online meeting or sharing a large file with clients or colleagues easy.
Guest access You have the entire home upstairs plus the entire pool area. The downstairs is another unit that is currently being minimally remodeled and have their own gate and yard. The downstairs unit does not share the 4BR/2Bth you book.
You need to walk down the stairs on the left side of the house to reach the pool. Please do not walk to the stairs on the right side of the house because that leads to the downstairs unit, which is not yours.

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite
• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation
• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay. Let us know if you have any special requests
• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Penasco Rd, El Cajon CA 92019" for accurate distances
• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day
• If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered.
• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking
• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home. In return, we hope guests treat our home like their own.
• If I book the entire home for 1 person, can I bring as many people as I want?
No. You must book with the correct guest count, including visitors counted as half a guest each, to ensure everyone is authorized.
• Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests) and pets. Price may vary depending on the guest count in the listing description.
• Is smoking allowed? No smoking inside, only OUTSIDE the home and further away from the neighbors — please close all doors/windows and collect smoking residues/cigarette butts to prevent the smell from getting into the home
• "Entire home" vs "Entire house"? “Entire home” is not the same as “entire house”. “Entire home” refers to the whole living space that the guest will have private access to during their stay. There may be multiple units or sections within a big property land, as long as the guest has exclusive access to the areas listed in the reservation. For example, an “entire home” could be a (one-bedroom) apartment, a condo, or a studio that the guest uses alone, even if another unit exists elsewhere on the property.
• Security Devices? Security Camera: 3 devices outside the home looking at the lower driveway, front yard, and pool area; active 24/7 to protect the guests and the homes
Noise decibel monitor: One device outside in the backyard. Minut noise detector doesn't record anything, just detects the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged loud noise events at the home to avoid affecting the neighbors.
Key-related issues: • If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside.
A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc.
Pet Reminder: If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints
