Make memories at this unique family-friendly home. Perfect for Wheelchair Users, Traveling Nurses & Insurance Stays and their families. We've dedicated our hearts in making this home 90 percent wheelchair friendly with features such as ramps, pool and spa lift. The lower bedroom conversion has a roll in shower, ceiling lift, and accessible bathroom. Large doorways make it easy to be with housemates in most areas. All rooms have their own televisions, queen size beds, and hard surface flooring.
Each bedroom is furnished with queen size beds and smart televisions with a boho styled relaxing atmosphere.
The living and family rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a family of 8 -10 without stepping on eachothers toes.
Enjoy a family meal in the fully furnished gourmet kitchen or outdoor BBQ space.
Relax in the pool and warm spa under the sun or night sky.
Each bedroom is furnished with queen size beds and smart televisions with a boho styled relaxing atmosphere.

This home is professionally cleaned so please do not deep clean the home. Simply place towels on the shower or tub floor. Leave bed sheets in place. Only empty trash with food and diapers present.
Please make sure lights, air conditioning and heaters are off.
Please make sure stove and outside propane heaters are off and the fridge is closed.
Lock all sliding doors, close windows, & simply press and hold the lock button for 3 seconds on the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
While we are excited to Host all guests, we find it unfortunate yet necessary to outline the following:

No more than 8-10 guests.

We are real estate professionals who also enjoy hosting vacationers from all parts of the world. We also live to travel and bring back experiences to share with our guests.
Why they chose this property
Our home was the home of my late husband and myself where we raised our children. We chose to rent the home and dedicate it to the limited or less able bodied clientele knowing it’s very hard to find a special place for families to gather in comfort with their loved ones who are limited in the ability to travel and stay in easy use spots.
What makes this property unique
The unique nature of the home is that it features an all family inclusive atmosphere for able and un abled bodied people. There is more than just a basic wheelchair access at up but also includes pool and spa lift for wheelchair users. We also have a ceiling lift to help navigate chair to bed ability. We have a roll in shower with handheld shower sprayer and bench seating.
