Honestly it's a very quiet neighborhood with a school nearby, so if you're a quiet person and enjoy personal space, this will be the property for you.

What makes this property unique

What makes my property unique from many of the other listings is this is a full bedroom with a private bathroom as well. And if you do like sunrises this property does offer a personal balcony during your stay!
