This home has easy access to the airport, uptown Charlotte, universities, all other highways, and interstates.

This home is great for temporary housing for family moving to the area, small groups attending special events, weddings, family reunions, retreats, sporting events, tournaments, corporate meetings, workshops, vacation, or any other event that bring people together!

House was clean, comfortable and within easy driving distance (10-15 min) of everything.

Our group (8 guys) was in town for ACC Championship game. The house is well located within 15 mins of airport and all area attractions. It was clean, secure and comfortable and for the price was a great value. The family room with big TV and couch was perfect for hanging out between events. Pearl the owner was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions. The house has an alarm system that is easy to understand and provides for an added level of security. Overall, our stay was great and I would recommend it for weekend trips to Charlotte. I have only a couple of suggestions to improve the property. All of the sleeping options are either king or queen beds. Having a bedroom with twins or a set of bunks would offer more flexibility for groups of adults.or people travelling with grown children. Also, it is a small thing (and easy to upgrade) but newer more plush towels in the bathroom would lend a more upscale feel to the property.

Great location close to everything!

My family was in Charlotte for my daughter's college graduation. We founded Pearl House to be just what we needed. The house is very spacious, very clean and accommodated our whole family. There were games to play at the house and the yard is large enough for you to park several cars. We enjoyed our stay at Pearl House and if we are in the area again, we would stay there again. The bed space accommodates 8 people. I would recommend Pearl House to anyone who is going to visit Charlotte. I only have one recommendation for Ms. Pearl and that would be to put a grille in the back yard.

This home is a well-built home originally built in 1938. This historical home has lots of character offering a unique architectural style/design, original hardwood floors, extensive molding, original crystal door knobs, cedar closets in some rooms, a modern decor, and so much more!

The peace and serenity on the ground of this lovely home also waits you on the inside. Every room is very relaxing. The location is very close to the Charlotte Douglas International airport and major highways.
